Amplify simplifies the legalese!

When a shop or brand buys an image on Amplify the following license applies. Similarly, when an Amplifier uploads an image for sale on Amplify they agree to its sale with this license:

License details:

1. Instagram publication

The buyer (a brand or shop) can publish the image on their Instagram. They can create a post, reel or story.

2. AI allowed

The buyer (a brand or shop) is permitted to use AI to creatively edit the image as they like.

Examples:

• They can use Virtual Try-On to swap clothes;
• They can use image-to-video to generate a video;
• They can swap your current background to create a new scene

3. Reshare by Amplifier to their stories

The Amplifier agrees to reshare the published content to their stories. The flow is as follows:

1. The brand will publish the content tagging or mentioning the Amplifier's instagram handle.
2. Instagram will, of course, notify the Amplifier about the tag or mention.
3. The Amplifier will reshare the content to their stories.

Note: In the event that the Amplifier does not want to reshare the content for any reason, the brand will receive a full refund.
